Craft Shop Adventure

Here are new photos of shop as promised! You see we are expanding our Inventory! From top to bottom : First photo shows the left side of shop. We are sharing our booth with another vendor who sells vintage/retro stuff. The next photo shows the right side of shop. Yes that is a Real Buck on the wall and his name is Barney! Buddy has added his handmade Gold-Prospecting/Gardening Rakes and he will be giving gold-panning lessons on site! Next photo shows my "Corner Cupboard" I use for Tablescape Themes. The one featured is VICTORIAN. Our whimsical decor up above the shop is shown in the next photo. My handmade recycled, Spoon Dolls, are helping to advertize my Sewing Alteration Service. Look closely into the Eagle's Ball! Ha!! Of course here are my POMIMALS on display. Finally, the Ambience and Serenity products displayed in their own bookcase. Traditional Favorite

PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE You can never go wrong with serving your guests a traditional family favorite! A colorful dessert, good either hot or cold. Preparation and cooking time: 1/1/4 hours Topping: 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar. 6 tablespoons of margarine. 1 can sliced pineapple, drained. Maraschino or candied cherries, cut in half. Cake: 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 cup self-rising flour For the topping, cream together the brown sugar and margarine and spread all over the base of an 8-inch round cake pan. Arrange the pineapple slices on top and place a half-cherry in the center of each. Prepare the cake batter by creaming together the margarine and the granulated sugar until light and soft. Beat in the eggs. Sift and fold in the flour. Carefully pour over the pineapple and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
