An easy pudding which children will love.
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes.

1 Pound(3 medium apples) cooking apples
1/3-1/2 cup sugar

2-3 tablespoons light corn syrup

Peel, core and quarter the apples. Simmer with the sugar and the water until they are a soft pulp.
Beat well until smooth. Divide equally among 4-6 serving dishes. Let cool.
Whip the cream and spread over the apple mixture.
