"ALWAYS AN ADVENTURE"

HAPPY NEW YEAR! The New Year was brought in with our Daughter's Wedding!  A Garden Party was held at Rae and Jon's Home in Phoenix. I helped with the food preparations. I made my favorite family dessert, Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pie. It was a hit and everyone wants the recipe.  So here it is! OUR FAVORITE FAMILY DESSERT  PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE PIE has been a family favorite!  Everyone says,"IT JUST MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH!"  I found this recipe in a cooking magazine. They should have named it, Peanut Butter Melt!  In a mixer add: 8 ozs softened cream cheese/ 1/2 cup sugar/ 2 teas butter/ 1 teas vanilla/ 3 cups whipped heavy cream or cool whip/ 1 cup creamy peanut butter. Mix all till light and fluffy. Spoon into an oreo or chocolate cookie pie shell. Top with more topping and some crumbled oreo cookies This is the link to my blog! ENJOY!! Cindy from Craftflaire!
